Deep Thought #90

How much money is enough money? Never! The more we have the more we want. This vicious cycle will never end and it causes us to be unhappy, discontented and greedy. God wants us to have wealth but He also warns us not to love money. For “the love of money is the root of all evil” (1 Tim 6:10). The remedy to cure greediness is giving. True joy comes from giving. And the only way to quench that thirst of wanting more is to surrender your life to Jesus Christ and allow Him to live in you and you in Him. Jesus taught more about money than about the devil. And He alone represents the true Riches on Earth and in Heaven. Amen.
