When you find yourself overwhelmed with people, problems and demands, then you need to take a deep breath and say, “God, take care of it. I can’t do it but You can. Now give me peace and help me rest in You.”

Friend, as long as you are trying to figure things out, God will not act. God acts when you let go of all your control to try to figure things out. “Be still and know that I Am God.” Spend your energy learning to rest in the Lord, not in your “solution.” If you can’t trust God who created Heaven and Earth and all that’s in it, you are killing yourself, slowly but surely.
