Holiday time is a stressful time for many people. We Christians need to take time to rest in the Lord to recharge our spiritual strength so that we can serve the Lord more effectively. After all, what good is a sick body and a restless soul?

Isaiah 30:15 “For thus said the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; in returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and trust shall be your strength.”
