Deep Thought #697

It is human nature to want. We often want to know what is to come so we seek the spirit of divinity (horoscope, tarot, psychic, etc.) to reveal to us our future instantly. Unaware that by doing so we are setting ourselves up for counterfeit spirits who use counterfeit people to deceive us and cost us to lose our souls.

The truth is there is ONLY One Truth Spirit and that is the Holy Spirit of God. John 16:13 Jesus taught us, “When the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on His own but will tell you what He has heard from God. He will tell you about the future.”

Friend, be anxious for nothing; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Be smart, be diligent. For your Father in Heaven cares about you and all that concerns you. Amen!
