Deep Thought #698

Who can fathom the mysteries of God? Who did God owe and shall repay? Who can tell God what to do? Sadly, we all do. Either consciously or unconsciously. We often find ourselves fighting God because His will is not our will and His way is not our way. We want what we want, when we want it, but when God says “No” and “Wait” we pout, get angry at God and throw temper tantrums.

True, the hardest practice for all of us is patience. But with God all things are possible.

“For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!” (2 Corinthians 4:17)

Friend, good things come in time; rushing will cost you. Regret can be avoided if you choose to trust God and do things His way.
