The devil uses our past to condemn us and hold us in captivity as long as we allow it. But God uses our past to teach us, convict us to bring us to liberty and as a tool for our ministries. The Bible tells us, “Old things are passed away and all things are made new to those who are in Christ Jesus.” God’s mercy is renewed every morning so don’t allow the devil to keep you in bondage because of the past. Continue to praise God daily. For Praise and Worship is the most powerful weapon against Satan.
