Deep Thought #220

There are two ways of doing things; your way or God’s way. Isaiah 55:8 “My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the LORD. “And My ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.” Anytime we do things our way that is a MESS waiting to happen. And often times we blame others and the devil for messing us up, but the truth is we are to blame for being stubborn and disbelieving. Haven’t we all learned from the past? If you trust your ability more than you trust God’s abilities you are destined for regret and suffering. So, stop fighting with God; you can’t win. For the clay cannot tell the potter what to do and how to do it. May I remind you dear friend that God is the Potter and we are the clay (Isaiah 64:8).
